Terms and conditions

Booking costs are calculated by the maximum number of bed/bedroom requirements multipled by the total number of nights stayed. No reduced rates for unused bed nights. ie If you pay for three rooms for three nights, but only use the third room for two nights, the cost is still calculated at the three room, three night rate.

Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of  $100-00 deposit (or full payment for last minute bookings/advertised specials), and will be accepted and processed on a first come first served basis. Any balance due on a booking is to be paid one week prior to arrival. Upon full payment, contact will be made with you to provide an access code for entering the premises.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 21 days prior to commencement - FULL REFUND

• Up to 7 days prior - DEPOSIT RETAINED

• Less than 7 days including 'No show' - FULL PAYMENT

• Specials and Package Deals - FULL PAYMENT

• Exceptions made where dates are rebooked, or partially rebooked. EQUIVALENT REFUNDS will be issued.

All deals and specials promoted on this site are valid for bookings made through this, the grampiansholiday.com.au website only. Any enquiries previously submitted through external sites may be subject to a nightly commission rate. This commission is payable by us to the site in which your enquiry was made. Specials promoted on these external sites already have allowances for these commissions, therefor may not be as competitive as those you view on this website.
